About us

BMX.es is an independent Spanish-language guide to BMX: a directory of tracks, parks and pump tracks, gear buying guides, beginner riding guides and the race calendar.
How we verify the directory
- Official sources first: the Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) and regional federations, town councils and other public bodies (sports facility listings, open data).
- OpenStreetMap and the official orthophoto (PNOA, IGN) to place each venue on the map.
- Every listing links its public source. Data we could not confirm is shown as “Pending verification”.
Location precision levels
- Verified: the point matches an official source or the venue is visible at that point on the orthophoto.
- Probable: the point is consistent with the sources but not confirmed by an official one.
- Approximate: the point is near the venue (street, park or town centroid), not on it.
- Pending: we do not have a reliable location yet, so no marker is shown.
Visitor suggestions
Anyone can suggest a new venue or a change with the forms on the directory. We review each suggestion against a source before changing anything; nothing is published automatically.
