Retention: 12 months, after which counters are deleted automatically. Processor, if enabled: Upstash Inc. (Redis database hosted via Vercel). Please do not type personal data into the search box.

9. Track suggestions

The “Suggest a change” and “Add a track” forms store what you write (venue, field, proposed value, source link, comment) and, only if you provide it, your email so we can ask you about that suggestion. We do not store your IP address. Purpose: verifying and improving the directory; legal basis: your consent. Email is never added to the newsletter. Processor: Resend (storage). Records are deleted once reviewed and at the latest after 12 months; you can ask for deletion at any time at info [arroba] bmx.es.
