What to bring to a BMX race track
- Helmet: BMX racing competition requires a full-face; for training, at least a certified one.
- Full-finger gloves, long sleeves and long trousers: the norm on the track and what clubs usually ask for.
- Before riding, ask the club or whoever runs it about schedules: many tracks run sessions by category.
- Ride in the track’s direction and never stop on straights or berms.
General tips for this kind of venue; each venue’s own rules come first.
